9. The Act of Honoring Your Wrestle – s2 Ep. 4

#Do you know what a wrestle feels like emotionally? We’ve mentioned “honoring” a few times this season and truly, what does that even mean? I’m sharing a light (I know right?) perspective on the act of honoring and why it is even more important to honor the wrestles we feel. We will delve more into this topic later, but I hope this helps!

9. The Act of Honoring Your Wrestle – s2 Ep. 4

This week’s episode is a powerful dose of real talk for anyone wrestling with any situation that’s sucking the joy out of life.
I reflect on the importance of listening to your instincts and recognizing when something isn’t aligning with your deeper purpose.
In this episode, i touch on the following and more
– Listening to your gut: That nagging feeling? It’s probably trying to tell you something. Don’t ignore it!
– Honoring your wrestle: Ignoring discomfort won’t make it go away. Deal with it head-on and seek guidance from a trusted source (God for the host in this case).
– Advocating for yourself: Don’t be afraid to speak up, especially if you’re in an unhealthy environment.
– Trusting the journey: Leaving a stable job can be scary, but it can also lead to amazing things.

Bonus nugget: Taking a break is totally okay! It can be a great way to reconnect with yourself and figure out what’s next.
